Delete your account

Delete your PRZone profile and the training data tied to it directly from the app.

You can delete your account directly from within PRZone at any time. This page explains where to find the control and what happens next.

01How to delete your account

Follow these steps inside the PRZone app to permanently delete your account:

    Open the PRZone app and make sure you are logged in.

  2. 02

    Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. 03

    Tap Settings using the gear icon in the top-right corner.

  4. 04

    Scroll down to the Account section.

  5. 05

    Tap Delete Account.

  6. 06

    Read the confirmation prompt and tap Confirm to proceed with deletion.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once you confirm deletion, your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently removed.

02What data gets deleted

When you delete your PRZone account, all of the following data is permanently deleted with no retention period:

  • Your account profile, including name, email, and credentials.
  • All workout sessions and history.
  • All workout templates you have created.
  • All custom exercises.
  • Any other data associated with your account.

03Data retention

PRZone does not retain any of your personal data after account deletion. Everything is removed immediately upon confirmation. No data is kept, archived, or shared with third parties after deletion.
